revised cOVID schedule!
The time is 8-10 a.m. One hour a day per person. If no one is waiting for the following time , that time can be stretched. Even if you mentioned only Tues. to me and you want to schedule another day, that is great, go for it.
The sign up for the following day has a cut off at 8 p.m. the day before. That way if no one has signed up to play the following day when I check it out after that 8 p.m. cut off time. I will know I can stay in bed a little longer
You need to sign in first on the scheduler and then you can put your name in the time frame and if you want to play with a friend you can put their name in the same frame. Even if you are a doubles team in the same household, you can add another team of a household. The frames can hold 4 names if need be. Invite a friend and invite them to register. Thanks. We will get you a partner if you don't have one.
Also if you click on the multi-view place you will get the full week view. Call me if something isn't working. 638-6945
I do have balls that I will give those who don't have one, but please serve with only your ball. Attached is the approved opening plan. Please be considerate of others.
Redding Pickleball Plan to Restart
We appreciate being able to take the first steps toward our organized pickleball play. We know that the state and the county have guidelines and we plan follow them.
Our social distancing plan:
Only use 3 courts, having at least 1 court between players.
Play only singles unless a team is made up of those in the same household.
Schedule court play so people will not be waiting around.
Encourage players to leave the area when they are through playing.
Request players bring wipes and hand sanitizer.
Clean the ball regularly and encourage frequent hand sanitizing.
No high fives or hand shaking.
Each player should bring their own ball.
No sharing of paddles or equipment.
If you have any symptoms you should not come out to play.
Players will practice safe and courteous hygiene.
Wear a mask if you may get closer than 6 feet to others.
Players should evaluate their own personal health before they choose to play.
Players deciding to play are doing so at their own risk.
